SOURCE: Western Cape Education Department (Provincial Government of the Western Cape) A month-long cultural festival of dance, song, writing, chorals and drama will tonight culminate in showcasing the best schools' performances from among 85 items delivered by 65 schools, performed by over 2,500 learners.
