Premier Rasool will introduce the new Provincial Youth Commission members to some 5000 youth at the joint City of Cape Town / Provincial National Youth Day programme at the Bellville Velodrome tomorrow. He will do this during his Youth Day address (just after the Mayor speaks) at the start of the formal public proceedings at about 12:00 - 13:00 and before the afternoon's entertainment including extreme sports and Kabelo. Media packs with some biographical material will be available.

The Premier will also provide the closing remarks at a Youth Dialogue Session that he and the Mayor will attend at the same venue between 10:00 and 12:00.
