Western Cape Education MEC Cameron Dugmore, together with members of the ANC Provincial Executive Committee, Cosatu, SACP, Cosas and the SA Democratic Teachers Union, will today (Monday 17 January 2005) address a press conference on the opening of schools week, 15h00 in the Provincial Legislature, 5th Floor, Wale Street, Cape Town.
