This bill regulates adult basic education and training. It provides for the following: establishment, governance and funding of public adult learning centersthe registration of private adult learning centers andquality assurance and quality promotion in adult basic education and training.  >

This bill aims to amend the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, so as to: provide for the appointment of two Deputy Presidents to the Supreme Court of Appeal and provide for the conversion of the various High Courts into a single High Court of South Africa.  > 

This bill aims to amend the law relating to certain sexual offences and to provide for the amendment and repeal of certain laws.  >

This Bill proposes a law to regulates the power of a municipality to impose rates on property. It also amends the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000.  > 

This Bill proposes a law that will manage and conserve biological diversity in South Africa. The law will control the use of indigenous biological resources and will ensure that benefits from the use of traditional knowledge are shared fairly and equally. The Bill also gives effect to the international biodiversity agreements that South Africa has agreed to.  > 

This bill amends the National Small Business Act, 1996, so as to repeal all provisions pertaining to the National Small Business Council; to empower the Minister to consult persons representing the interests of small business; to make the Public Finance Management Act, 1999, applicable to the Agency; to make further provision in respect of the functions of the Agency; to do away with the requirement of calling for nominations for directors of the Board by notice in theGazette; to repeal the provisions pertaining to alternate directors; and to substitute the Schedule to that Act, in order to reflect the current economic position; and to provide for matters connected therewith.  >

This bill provides for social assistance to persons, the mechanism for providing such assistance and the establishment of an inspectorate for social assistance.  >
